From the point of valuation, taking care of viewings, skilled negotiations (to achieve the best price for your home), orchestrating the chain and liaising with mortgage providers, surveyors, agents and legal conveyancers up until completion day and the handing over of keys, I am your point of contact throughout the entire process and am available to my clients 7 days a week.
